Who we are
Designblend is a product design and development consultancy founded in 2020. We work with start-ups and established businesses looking to bring new products to the market that can benefit from good design. Our working structure ensures a fast-paced and holistic development process from concept to manufacture.
We are a creatively lead team with a strong focus on the user experience of the products we develop. Our expertise are mainly in Industrial design, product Engineering and Design for manufacture. We utilise a network of suppliers and experts in various fields to support us in the more niche areas allowing us to take on a variety of project types.
What we do
First and foremost we design, develop and deliver physical products. We carry out a range of design activities that are focused in four key areas. This way we can offer an end to end product development service or standalone activities to best suit the project or our clients needs.
Industrial Design
Our industrial design team work with you to target commercial opportunities and conceptualise product solutions.
Product Engineering
We fully engineer products and provide production ready data for prototype and manfacture.
Rapid Prototyping
We can create functional prototypes to deliver a tangible outcome for the initial stages of development.
Production Sourcing
We work with a global network of suppliers and manufacturers to source components and full product assemblies.
